To prevent accidental orders and ensure correct delivery details, we call or text every customer before shipping. Please respond to our message to avoid cancellation of your order.

How Your Order Travels

Order Verification

Our team checks your details and contacts you via SMS or Call within 24 hours to confirm the order.

Processing

Once confirmed, your item is packed securely in our warehouse. This takes 24–48 hours.

In Transit

The package is handed to our courier partners (J&T, NinjaVan, etc.) and a tracking number is generated.

Doorstep Delivery

The rider arrives at your address. You inspect the parcel, pay in cash, and enjoy EL DEO!

COD Guidelines

    Cash Preparation Please have the exact amount ready upon delivery. Our riders often carry limited change.

    Stay Reachable The rider will text or call you. Please keep your phone active. Unanswered calls may lead to failed delivery attempts.
  • 👥
    Authorized Representative If you are not at home, please leave the cash with a family member or housemate so they can receive the order for you.

Missed a Delivery?

Our courier partners usually attempt delivery twice. If you miss the first attempt, they will try again the next day. However, after two failed attempts, the order will be returned to us (RTS).

To avoid blacklisting from COD services, please ensure someone is available to receive the item.

Delivery FAQ

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, we can provide a tracking link upon request via our customer support channels.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only deliver within the Philippines.
Can I open the package before paying?
Based on courier policies, the payment must be made before opening the parcel. However, if you find any issues after opening, we have a clear return/replacement policy to protect you.
