2. Orders, Pricing, and Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) to provide a convenient shopping experience for our customers in the Philippines. By choosing COD, you enter into a binding agreement to pay for the item in full upon arrival.

• Order Confirmation: All COD orders are subject to verification via SMS or phone call before dispatch.
• Refusal of Delivery (Bogus Buying): Refusing to accept and pay for a confirmed COD order without a valid reason causes financial loss to our business (shipping and return fees). We reserve the right to blacklist customers who exhibit a history of unjustified Return to Sender (RTS) behavior from future purchases.
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or promotion at any time.

3. Returns and Replacements

To ensure customer satisfaction, we accept return or replacement requests strictly for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used deodorants due to a change of mind. Please inspect your parcel upon receiving it and contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for any valid disputes.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, graphics, text, images, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of EL DEO and its parent brand, Skin Magical. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, copying, or use of our materials for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and protected by Philippine copyright laws.

Users are strictly prohibited from using the site to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity or solicit others to perform illegal acts.
• Submit false or misleading information (including fake delivery addresses).
